Job Summary: An occupational safety and environmental professional who will implement preventive, educational, and corrective actions to protect employees' physical integrity. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze work methods and identify risk factors. Provide support for occupational safety and environmental activities by implementing preventive, educational, and corrective actions to protect the physical integrity of Bombril employees, ensuring compliance with legislation, occupational safety and environmental standards, and procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL WORKDAY** * Control and distribute personal protective equipment (PPE), specifying workers' use thereof to reduce occupational accident risks; * Manage service provision contracts, monitor their execution, and process payments; * Analyze work methods and processes to identify risk factors related to occupational accidents, occupational and work-related diseases, and exposure to harmful environmental agents, proposing their elimination or control; * Routinely apply occupational safety standards for construction, expansion, renovation, physical layout, and workflow projects—including those performed by third parties—to ensure compliance with occupational safety and hygiene measures; * Forward standards, regulations, documentation, statistical data, analysis and evaluation results, technical and educational support materials, and other dissemination resources to relevant departments and areas for employee awareness and self-development; * Implement occupational accident and occupational disease prevention programs, monitoring and evaluating their outcomes; * Participate in CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) programs, proposing preventive and corrective solutions for occupational accidents; * Develop and deliver training on workplace safety and existing risks; * Support environmental monitoring activities by providing relevant information to the Environmental Engineer; * Collaborate with agencies and entities focused on preventing occupational accidents and occupational diseases; * Develop safety-related procedures with emphasis on legal compliance and process standardization. **Requirements and Qualifications** **THE BRILLIANCE WE SEEK** Required: * Availability to work the 3rd shift: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. * Technical degree in Occupational Safety or a higher education degree in Occupational Safety Engineering; * Regulatory Standards (NR); * Current Legislation; * Critical analysis skills; * Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. **TO HIGHLIGHT THIS BRILLIANCE** Desirable: * Integrated systems in the field; **Additional Information** Monthly Salary: R$2\.917,00 Shift C: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM \- (with alternate Saturdays).
