Responsibilities and duties: * Establish rules through performance evaluation, including network issues, availability, and transfer usage (upload and download); * Collaborate with vendors to develop, test, evaluate, and install accessories that maintain network updates; * Provide support for software issue resolution on servers; * Perform installations and uninstallations of new equipment and systems on the network, when supported or certified by the solution’s manufacturer, upon request for preventive maintenance, upgrades, and software updates in the server environment; * Monitor and manage server resource consumption, reporting potential needs for improvements and corrective adjustments; * Maintain and control documentation related to administration activities of environments assigned to the allocated professional; * Monitor periodic and preventive routines within the network environment; * Configure and administer network services: DHCP, DNS, NAC, NTR CDP, IP, TCP/UDP, VLAN, BCP, RIR OSPF, among others; * Administer and manage IT assets across local and remote areas; * Manage the institution’s information technology environment; * Configure and support institutional communication software solutions; * Administer and manage logical traffic balancing; * Monitor and intervene across the entire logical network environment (health, performance, and alerts); * Maintain the knowledge base and procedures validated by the CONTRACTOR. Requirements and qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any undergraduate degree, plus a postgraduate degree in Information Technology with a minimum of 360 hours. * Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA); * Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) * Bachelor’s Degree Certificate: Officially registered certificate confirming completion of an Information Technology course, or a bachelor’s degree in any field, provided it is accompanied by a postgraduate degree in Information Technology at the specialization, master’s, or doctoral level. These certificates must be issued by higher education institutions recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC).
