This outreach will be conducted via phone calls, WhatsApp, or social media. Your role will be to change lives through professional qualification. Prior experience in proactive customer prospecting is a plus. Attitude in overcoming objections and closing deals will be essential. However, rest assured—you will receive all the training and support you need. Additionally, you must be sociable, communicative, dynamic, and possess positive energy and vibrancy to connect effectively with prospective students and team members. Grau Técnico is recognized as the largest technical education company in the country. We operate over 150 units nationwide and offer 30 different courses. **Compensation and Benefits** Internal Sales Representative Compensation and Benefits Fixed salary \+ commission \+ bonuses \+ mobility allowance \+ meal voucher Fixed monthly salary (formal employment contract): R$1\.621,00 Initial total compensation: R$2,400 to R$4,500 (fixed \+ variable). Meal Voucher: R$200 Partial scholarship. Daily, biweekly, and monthly individual and team bonuses. Formal employment contract (CLT), Monday to Saturday.
