Job Summary: An HR professional to work on recruitment, selection, onboarding, internal marketing (endomarketing), and people management support, with a focus on employee onboarding and conflict resolution. Support for People Management and Conflict Resolution **IN-PERSON** -------------- **CLT** ------- **CARUARU, PE** --------------- **SALARY TO BE NEGOTIATED** ---------------------- **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Recruitment and Selection (operational roles, apprentices, and interns); * Onboarding (integration); * Monitoring of the probationary period; * Exit interviews; * Facilitating internal marketing (endomarketing) and internal communication initiatives; * Employee onboarding, active listening, and assistance in resolving internal conflicts; * Supporting unit management in people management-related activities; * Administrative controls and tasks. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field; * Must reside in Caruaru\-PE. **BENEFITS:** * Fixed salary; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Dental plan; * Corporate University.
