




**Administrative Assistant/Receptionist** **Main responsibilities:** answering phone calls and reception duties, generating call reports, monitoring and routing contacts received via the WhatsApp platform, quoting cleaning products and office supplies, among others; quoting and booking car rentals; organizing files and documents; generating and entering GNRE forms into the system; entering consumption invoices, service provision invoices, and other expense-related invoices; assisting the HR department with time clock control, benefits administration, and other related tasks. **Requirements:** currently enrolled in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and prior experience in the role. **Desirable:** computer literacy course: intermediate Word and Excel. **Required skills/Profile:** teamwork, organization, leadership, empathy, proactivity, creativity, innovation, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
