Ensure monitoring of the life cycle of Social Projects **PROJECT CONTEXT AND DESCRIPTION:** AVSI Brazil is a non-profit civil society organization, founded in 2007, focused on improving the living conditions of people in situations of vulnerability. It works in partnership with international cooperation actors, public sector entities, and the private sector. Linked to the Italian AVSI Foundation—an NGO operating in Brazil since the 1980s—AVSI Brazil's mission is to promote people's protagonism in their own development, as well as that of their families and communities. It implements social projects based on an integral and solidarity-based development methodology, oriented toward autonomy and human dignity. **BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:** Create and support the development of projects within the scope of monitoring and evaluation, contributing to promoting learning, transparency, and efficiency in resource utilization through research processes, data collection, systematization, organization, and communication of data, results, and impact of initiatives implemented by AVSI. **MAIN JOB ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Ensure monitoring of the life cycle of Social Projects, including budgetary aspects as well as those related to measuring activities stipulated in the program; Contribute to updating, analyzing, and building budgetary monitoring reports and systems for the program; Guarantee that all information and events are duly recorded and available for consultation; Ensure timely and complete preparation of monthly and quarterly reports to the funder; Support the administrative department in monitoring project assets and properties, ensuring necessary information for accountability and auditing; Contribute to strengthening program monitoring and data collection, utilizing existing tools; Propose and supervise improvement processes for data collection, processing, and management; Participate in general meetings with the entire team; Other responsibilities assigned by the project management.
