### **ABOUT US** SplitC is a company specialized in automating commission/variable compensation calculations. Our purpose is to help organizations eliminate the complexity of commissions, bonuses, and incentives by replacing manual spreadsheets with an agile, accurate, and traceable process. We combine technical expertise and market experience to deliver a robust and flexible platform used by companies seeking greater efficiency, transparency, and security in variable compensation (VC) management. Today, we process millions in variable compensation every month, driving team performance and building trust across departments such as sales, operations, HR, and finance. ### **THE PROBLEM** We know calculating and distributing variable compensation is extremely labor-intensive—especially as your company scales. We were founded to solve your end-to-end challenge: automate your complex calculations, distribute results, and help deposit funds into your company’s partners’ accounts. ### **OUR CLIENTS ARE OUR PARTNERS** We believe in collaboration. We enjoy understanding our clients’ purposes and goals to build products that solve the real problems hindering their growth. ### **OUR TEAM** We are young entrepreneurs aiming to innovate and create the best solutions for our customers. We have a team with deep technical expertise. **Platform Engineer** --------------------- ### **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU** * Advanced Kubernetes knowledge (e.g., Helm, Ingress controller, PV/PVC, scaling, controllers) * Observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry) * Terraform * FluxCD * Infrastructure-as-code * GCP * AWS (S3, IAM) * Airbyte * Understanding of FinOps solutions (a plus, not mandatory) ### **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage and evolve cloud environments (AWS and GCP), maintaining infrastructure-as-code (Kubernetes, Terraform, FluxCD). * Monitor and ensure service reliability by implementing and maintaining dashboards, metrics, and alerts (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry). * Create and maintain automations for ephemeral environments, standardize notebooks, and improve CI/CD pipelines (with focus on migration and cost savings). * Update and maintain internal open-source software (Chatwoot, Metabase, Airbyte), ensuring security, performance, and continuity of integrations. * Apply FinOps practices—monitoring cloud costs, proposing optimizations, and configuring automated alerts to prevent waste. * Support the engineering team in diagnosing environment-related issues, helping developers understand and resolve incidents autonomously. * Standardize and document deployment, monitoring, and environment maintenance processes. * Support the evolution of security and compliance practices, including preparation for certifications such as SOC2. Key delivery focus during the first months: * Build automation for ephemeral environments. * Implement monitoring and cost alerts. * Update and optimize Airbyte and other critical components. * Increase visibility into the Kubernetes cluster (usage, nodes, pods, costs). * Review and standardize CI/CD pipelines, reducing reliance on external tools and operational costs. ### **YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM** This person will assume operational and evolutionary responsibility for infrastructure—currently held by the CTO—ensuring system stability, cost efficiency, and observability. This is a hands-on role with high technical autonomy, working closely with engineering teams when needed. ### **WHAT WE VALUE:** ️ Good solutions > perfect solutions — rapid execution; Technical expertise and fast learning; Self-accountability; Collaborative mindset (teamwork, co-creation, continuous improvement); ### **WHAT WE OFFER:** PJ (individual contractor); Health and dental insurance; Remote work; Opportunity to join a rapidly growing company at an early stage; ️ Transparency into company financials. We share weekly results with everyone! You’ll learn entrepreneurship alongside us. **Location****Hiring Model****Work Model** São Paulo, SP, BR Autonomous PJ Remote
