Technical education in electricity, and/or Technician in Electrical Engineering. Desirable Requirements: * Class B driver's license (CNH B); * Knowledge and experience with SISMAT and COUPA; * Basic experience creating dashboards; * Knowledge of MASP methodology, Ishikawa diagram, failure analysis, effort and impact matrix. * Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance and conduct start-ups at plants or factories (UGBs); * Identify needs for mechanical and industrial automation improvements in equipment and industrial installations existing in the Unit during their work shift; * Receive from immediate supervisor the schedule of tasks to be performed during the work shift; * Visit locations where maintenance will be performed, arranging necessary materials and resources; * Perform mechanical maintenance and automation services in various locations within the Unit, in accordance with schedules prepared by PCM (Maintenance Planning and Control) or responding to emergency production calls, aiming to keep equipment and installations in perfect working condition; * Identify and request required materials for maintenance services using specific forms or mobile systems at the warehouse; * Inform immediate supervisor and production team upon completion of maintenance services, enabling inspection and clearance of areas for operation; * Maintain cleanliness, organization, preservation conditions, and ensure proper and safe use of equipment in their work area; * Review sector incident records; * Conduct inspection rounds on maintenance work to maintain service standards and ensure proper equipment operation; * Execute services as planned, prioritizing each sector according to production process criticality; * Support leadership in operational and management tasks; * Ensure safety and environmental compliance through application of tools provided by Alpargatas (OPA, OCS, APR, etc.), using personal and collective protective equipment, following Alpargatas' norms and procedures; * Apply failure analysis tools and other problem-solving tools when necessary; * Lead the team in achieving results, managing people. 2509180202241758883
