Onet Brasil has an open position for a Senior Buyer with experience in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) procurement to work in Barueri, SP. The professional will be responsible for executing the procurement of materials and services for maintenance operations, ensuring appropriate supply and continuity of the company’s operations. Responsibilities: - Procure MRO items for the company’s units. - Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best conditions regarding price, quality, and delivery time. - Monitor compliance with contracts and agreed-upon terms with suppliers. - Use the Protheus system to track demands and manage purchase orders. - Collaborate closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics, Legal, and Finance departments to meet the units’ requirements. - Contribute to the analysis and optimization of procurement processes, implementing continuous improvements. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with focus on building maintenance materials and services; - Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and report preparation; - Knowledge and experience with the Protheus system; - Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills; - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Desirable: - Experience in medium- or large-sized companies; - Knowledge of procurement and industrial, healthcare, or retail service processes; - Experience negotiating service and material contracts.
