Provide support to involved departments, especially operations **Job Description: Junior HR Payroll Analyst – Transportation Vouchers and Vacations** ========================================================================= **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Ensure compliance with labor legislation regarding transportation vouchers; * Generate, import, and verify transportation voucher purchase request files; * Verify quantities and validate requests prior to approval; * Ensure correct application of transportation voucher deductions in payroll; * Respond to service requests for inclusion, modification, and removal of transportation voucher schedules; * Review documentation for requests (signatures, itineraries, and transit card status); * Monitor deadlines for implementation of transportation voucher requests; * Provide support to involved departments, especially store operations; * Calculate scheduled vacations and issue receipts; * Verify vacation scheduling against internal policies; * Validate vacation requests with responsible managers; * Ensure prompt and efficient service to employees, safeguarding their legal rights and deadlines. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience in the HR Payroll department. * Familiarity with the Sênior system will be considered an advantage. * Ability to work with confidentiality and integrity. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. **Work Schedule:** ------------ * Monday to Friday, during business hours.
