Clothing store seeks a Store Assistant professional in Criciúma (Centro). Lojas Torra is a retail chain offering a wide variety of products, including clothing, footwear, and accessories. With a focus on affordable pricing, the company aims to meet its customers' needs across Brazil. **Responsibilities:** Provide information or sell financial products, inform customers about payment methods and benefits. Perform cash drawer withdrawals as requested by supervisors or when observing excessive cash on hand, for security purposes. Organize and display merchandise. Conduct sales and achieve targets. Respond to cashier requests regarding merchandise. Ensure proper pricing of items in the sales area. Open the cash drawer by verifying the amount of cash loaded. Serve customers who purchased products and/or services, registering and collecting the corresponding amounts. Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness. Receive delivery trucks. Respond to and control warehousing and preparation processes for merchandise destined for the sales floor. Conduct inventory audits upon request by leadership and/or the loss prevention department. Support operations to ensure rapid and efficient flow of merchandise from warehouse to store. Verify merchandise entry and exit in the fitting room area, observing the maximum allowed number of items. Upon completion of fittings, collect bags and hangers and deliver them to the responsible departments. Maintain a clean and organized workplace to directly and positively influence work practices, ensuring higher quality in all tasks performed. Perform other related duties as directed by supervisors. Previous experience as Sales Assistant, Store Attendant, Sales Consultant, or Store Receptionist may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. High school diploma required.
