Job Summary: Technical support professional responsible for hardware and software maintenance, installation, and configuration, with a focus on user support and incident resolution. Experience in peripheral maintenance (CPUs, monitors, scanners, multifunction devices, printers). Experience in hardware and peripheral (CPUs, monitors, scanners, multifunction devices, printers) installation and configuration. Experience in antivirus software administration, installation, and configuration. Intermediate knowledge of Office365, including installation, support, and troubleshooting execution and operational issues. Intermediate knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, including installation, configuration, support, user guidance, backup, and troubleshooting various operational problems and errors. Provide services related to software and hardware installation, maintenance, and updates, and deliver user support, as well as other related activities. **Responsibilities:** Support the technical team in opening service tickets with internet, landline, and mobile telephony providers. Monitor network links and servers.
