Development of site plans and subdivision projects and related works (earthwork, drainage, paving, water supply network, sewage network, signage); preparation of engineering technical documents and projects, reports, declarations, applications, and assembly of procedures;
Analysis of legal, urban, financial, and environmental feasibility for land subdivision processes and engineering projects;
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Architecture and Urban Planning, or a related technical program; experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Earth, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D;
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in subdivisions, related projects, and project approvals;
