If this resonates with you, join us! **In this role, your responsibilities will include:** We are seeking an **Accounting Analyst** to work strategically and operationally on the company’s accounting routines. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial information, compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and controls. * Execute and review accounting entries and reconciliations for all balance sheet and income statement accounts; * Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings within established deadlines; * Prepare consolidated balance sheets, financial statements, and management reports; * Ensure accounting practices comply with current standards (CPCs and IFRS); * Support and review ancillary obligations (ECD, ECF, DCTF, SPED Accounting and Tax); * Support internal and external audits by providing required information and supporting documentation; * Propose improvements to accounting processes and internal controls; * Support the finance and tax teams in accounting integrations and system reconciliations. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controllership, Finance, or related fields is a plus; * Active registration with the Regional Council of Accounting (CRC); * Proven experience as a Mid-to-Senior Level Accounting Analyst; * Proficiency in Excel; * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and autonomy in decision-making; * Advanced knowledge of non-cumulative PIS and COFINS; * Experience submitting ECD and ECF; * Experience working with Real Profit regime companies; * Experience preparing financial statements and consolidating balance sheets.
