




***Main job responsibilities:*** **‣ Assist unit management in administrative coordination of processes. Carry out and organize HR routines** Perform daily entry of administrative invoices and copy invoices for accounting submission * Verify daily invoice and material entries in computerized systems; * Perform daily payment registration and verification in the system and organize physical documents; * Issue invoices. Monitor accounts payable and receivable due dates and conduct price quotations; * Other duties related to the position; ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting or related fields, * Intermediate level in Office Suite * Knowledge of finance, taxes, costs, etc.; * Experience and/or knowledge in the role.
