Analyze data for improvement and cost savings Cosmetics manufacturer seeking a Procurement Analyst with accounting experience. About the Role: This professional will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring efficient acquisition of raw materials and finished goods, while maintaining rigorous control over related financial transactions. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Management: o Procure raw materials and finished goods according to company requirements. Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers, consistently pursuing optimal cost-effectiveness. Monitor inventory levels and ensure appropriate product replenishment. Accounting Control: o Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and ensure all invoices and documents comply with accounting standards. Assist in reconciling procurement-related accounts and control associated cash flow. Prepare financial and procurement reports for the accounting team and management. Analysis and Planning: Analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings. Collaborate with the planning team to forecast demand and adjust procurement accordingly. Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a consistent and efficient product flow. Resolve any issues related to deliveries and product quality. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Prior experience in procurement, preferably within the cosmetics industry. Solid knowledge of accounting and financial practices. Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in management tools and ERP systems. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in cosmetics industry companies.
