All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels.** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise preventive, corrective maintenance and calibration of field instruments. * Ensure performance of pressure, flow, level, temperature, density, and process analysis instruments. * Coordinate interventions on control valves, positioners, pneumatic and electric actuators. * Plan and monitor scheduled shutdowns, commissioning, and critical instrumentation interventions. * Lead internal and third-party teams, ensuring operational discipline, safety, and technical quality. * Guarantee compliance with applicable technical standards, NRs, and SSMA policies, including in classified areas. * Monitor performance indicators such as instrument availability, recurring failures, response time, and calibration. * Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Track and validate work orders in maintenance management systems (CMMS). * Participate in continuous improvement, modernization, and standardization projects for instrumentation. * Interface with operations, automation, process engineering, procurement, and safety departments. * Knowledge of instruments using radioactive sources (operation, calibration, and maintenance), ensuring safe and accurate functionality. * Application of radiological safety procedures and specific quality control measures for such instruments, in compliance with CNEN regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Education in Instrumentation, Industrial Automation, Electronics, or related fields. * Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related disciplines is desirable. * Solid experience in industrial instrumentation, preferably in mining or continuous-process industries. * Experience working with instrumentation in aggressive environments (abrasion, humidity, chemicals). * Experience supervising technical teams. * Process measurement and control instruments. * Calibration, industrial metrology, and traceability. * Control valves and actuators. * Reading and interpretation of instrumentation diagrams (P\&ID). * Automation systems and integration with PLC/SCADA. * Safety and instrumentation standards applicable to mining. * Maintenance management systems (SAP or similar). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Technical leadership * Attention to detail and precision * Organization and planning * Analytical capability * Clear communication * Teamwork * Focus on safety, reliability, and results **Additional Information** We offer a competitive salary * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Private pension plan * Health insurance * Dental insurance * On-site meals (at operational units) * Meal voucher (for office-based employees) * Food allowance * Transportation assistance * Quality of Life Program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended maternity and paternity leave (Citizen Company) * Club membership agreement — may vary by location * Eyeglass purchase assistance for family members * **Important: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Tucumã or Ourilândia do Norte – PA.** #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading copper and gold producers.** **We belong to a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
