**Alicerce Educação** is a social impact startup with the mission of reducing educational inequality in Brazil. Among its programs, it offers *Mais Adulto* for individuals aged 18 and older. In *Mais Adulto*, Professors—whom we call Guides—are professionals responsible for both planning and delivering lessons, based on the Program's methodology. **Requirements for the position:** * Hold a completed undergraduate degree; * Have classroom teaching experience; * Be available to complete the Guide training program. **Days and hours:** To be determined. **Address**: Rua Rosa Luiza de Jesus da Silva, 158, Residencial Vida Nova Maraca (Padre Nobrega) \- Marília. **NOTE:** Guides also receive 1h30/week for advance lesson planning and pedagogical rituals prescribed by the methodology.
