




Description: **All our positions are affirmative for PWD (People with Disabilities)** * Sell the portfolio of products marketed by the Dealer, aiming at customer satisfaction and achieving the unit's sales targets. * Meet the needs of fleet customers, independent operators, companies, tire shops, gas stations and other potential customers by offering the products and services provided by the dealership, as well as providing technical advice during external visits; * Ensure excellent service to customers (end users and sub-dealers) and potential customers by providing technical and commercial support according to their needs, in addition to conveying technical product information to ensure optimal usage; * Make outbound calls to inform customers about promotions and offer products; * Propose technical and commercial solutions (tires, tire shop services, retreading services) through analysis and understanding of the customer's business and specific needs (vehicle inspection, scrap analysis, inventory review, truck and bus routes, etc.); * Collect competitive intelligence (services offered, pricing, marketing actions, machinery technology, and used tire retreading processes, etc.); * Adjust visit frequency based on customer portfolio needs and expand the customer base through prospecting; use prior planning to organize daily routines; * Systematically record all visits in the system; * Deliver tires to customers. Requirements: **Technical Skills:** Higher education preferred, either completed or in progress, completion of a sales-related course, and previous experience in the role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory. **Behavioral Skills:** Self-motivation, business insight, negotiation and persuasion, customer orientation, goal orientation.
