




**Responsibilities:** Receive and attend to customers, visitors, and suppliers with courtesy and professionalism; Answer calls and forward them to the responsible departments; Schedule appointments and manage entry and exit records; Keep the reception area organized and present a positive image of the company; Support administrative departments with simple tasks such as document scanning, sending emails, and organizing files; Manage correspondence and deliveries. **Requirements:** High school diploma (pursuing higher education will be a plus); Previous experience in the role will be considered a plus; Good verbal and written communication skills; Organizational skills, punctuality, and professional demeanor; Basic computer knowledge (Office suite). **Minimum Education:** High School (Secondary School) Meal Allowance, Food Voucher, Transportation Allowance, Life Insurance
