**Job Description** We are seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst with solid experience in accounting firms, technical profile, committed and with strong analytical skills. The position requires mastery of the full accounting routine, from bookkeeping to balance sheet closing, including submission of ancillary obligations, analyses and reconciliations. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform manual and automated accounting entries in accordance with Brazilian accounting standards (CPCs). * Carry out accounting recording for companies under Presumed Profit and Real Profit regimes. * Reconciliation of equity and income statement accounts. * Calculation and accounting of provisions and taxes, including deferred and current IRPJ/CSLL. * Prepare and review monthly trial balances and financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, Cash Flow Statement). * Vertical and horizontal analysis, control of accounting accounts and customized chart of accounts per client. * Prepare and submit accounting ancillary obligations, such as ECD and ECF. * Support internal and external audits. * Participate in technical meetings, process improvements and accounting automation. **Technical Requirements (Mandatory)** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences (active CRC). * Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, with practical involvement in all described routines. * Proficiency in SPED Accounting (ECD and ECF). * Solid knowledge of CPCs, Law 6,404/76, tax and corporate legislation. * Experience in monthly closing and delivery of financial statements. * Experience in the accounting area. * Excellent accounting interpretation, logical reasoning and critical analysis skills. * Experience with accounting ERP systems. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formulas). * **Reside in Marília \- SP** **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred)** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Accounting, Controllership or Auditing. * Experience with clients under different tax regimes and sectors: industry. * Experience in chart of accounts configuration, cost center structuring and performance indicators. **Expected Soft Skills** * Organized, detail\-oriented and technically responsible. * Ability to self\-manage and meet deadlines. * Good written and verbal communication with clients. * Collaborative spirit and ethical conduct. * Proactive in proposing improvements and correcting accounting inconsistencies.
