Safeguard the client's property security and integrity Remote Security Guard Operator Position Description: We are seeking a Remote Security Guard Operator to join our team. The professional will be responsible for controlling access of people and vehicles in condominiums and companies through remote monitoring and communication systems. Responsibilities: * Monitor and control access of people and vehicles via electronic security systems; * Receive and direct visitors and service providers through remote communication; * Record and report incidents and occurrences during the shift; * Safeguard the client's property security and integrity; * Conduct virtual patrols in monitored areas. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in security or gatehouse operations is a plus; * Knowledge of monitoring and access control systems; * Good communication and customer service skills; * Ability to work in a team and under pressure; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
