Remote Gatekeeper Operator Position Description: We are seeking a Remote Gatekeeper Operator to join our team. The professional will be responsible for controlling access of people and vehicles in condominiums and companies through remote monitoring and communication systems. Responsibilities: * Monitor and control access of people and vehicles via electronic security systems; * Receive and direct visitors and service providers via remote communication; * Record and report incidents and occurrences during the shift; * Safeguard the client's property security and integrity; * Conduct virtual patrols in monitored premises. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in security or gatekeeping is a plus; * Knowledge of monitoring and access control systems; * Strong communication and customer service skills; * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
