Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring raw material supply, managing purchase orders, monitoring suppliers, and optimizing logistics and procurement processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Raw material supply management and purchase order handling 2. Coordination with Procurement and PCP departments for alignment 3. Participation in continuous improvement projects and workflow development * Ensure raw material supply in accordance with the Supply Plan (current month + 4 months). * Create and manage purchase orders in SAP. * Monitor purchase order portfolio and follow up with suppliers (quantity and delivery schedule). * Coordinate with Procurement and PCP departments to align demand requirements. * Schedule raw material receipts at plants (Gate and Warehouse). * Manage intercompany and intracompany transfers (STO creation and shipments in SAP). * Plan and schedule transportation via Freight Center. * Control extraordinary receipts by issuing memoranda for approval. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and support the development of departmental workflows and procedures.
