To put this purpose into practice, the following are required: * Be at least 18 years old; * Reside in Marília; * Availability to work afternoon/night shifts, including weekends and holidays; * Product knowledge (identification of fruits, vegetables, and greens); * Good practices and food safety, quality criteria and disposal standards, as well as loss and waste reduction; * Ability to perform production and operational tasks (washing, cutting, portioning, and packaging) and inventory control; * No experience required; manual skills suffice—you’ll learn with support from our Monitors; * Your talent matters most!
