Maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions Main Responsibilities: - Control vehicle, personnel, and material entries and exits. - Monitor security cameras. - Answer telephones and intercoms. - Receive packages and correspondence. - Authorize and monitor access for people and vehicles. - Ensure access is granted only to authorized personnel and vehicles. - Immediately report any suspicious activity and/or behavior. - Provide public service, ensuring polite and efficient assistance. - Handle busy routines and high volumes of people and vehicle entries and exits. - Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with employees, visitors, and suppliers. - Demonstrate commitment to company-established rules and procedures. Requirements: - Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure quality service to suppliers, visitors, and employees. - Prior experience as a Doorman or Access Controller.
