Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Accountant with experience in accounting firms, a technical profile, commitment, and strong analytical capability to manage full-cycle accounting operations. Hands-on work with journal entries, reconciliations, tax calculations, and financial statements. 3. Strong analytical ability, logical reasoning, and critical analysis. We seek a Senior Accountant with solid experience in accounting firms, a technical profile, commitment, and strong analytical capability. The role requires mastery of the entire accounting cycle—from bookkeeping through financial statement closing—including submission of ancillary obligations, analyses, and reconciliations. Perform manual and automated accounting entries in compliance with Brazilian Accounting Standards (CPCs). * Record accounting entries for companies under the Presumed Profit and Real Profit taxation regimes. * Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts. * Calculate and record provisions and taxes, including deferred and current IRPJ/CSLL. * Prepare and review monthly trial balances and financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, Cash Flow Statement). * Conduct vertical and horizontal analysis, control of accounting accounts, and maintain client-specific customized chart of accounts. * Prepare and submit accounting ancillary obligations, such as ECD and ECF. * Support internal and external audits. * Participate in technical meetings, process improvements, and accounting automation initiatives. **Technical Requirements (Mandatory)** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences. * Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in accounting firms, covering all routines described above. * Proficiency in SPED Contábil (ECD and ECF). * Solid knowledge of CPCs, Law 6.404/76, tax legislation, and corporate law. * Experience in monthly closing and delivery of financial statements. * Excellent accounting interpretation skills, logical reasoning, and critical analysis. * ERP accounting system experience. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, conditional formulas). **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred)** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Accounting, Controllership, or Auditing. * Experience serving clients under different tax regimes and industry segments, particularly manufacturing. * Experience in chart of accounts configuration, cost center structuring, and KPI development. **Expected Soft Skills** * Organization, attention to detail, and technical responsibility. * Self-management capability and adherence to deadlines. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients. * Collaborative mindset and ethical conduct. * Proactivity in proposing improvements and resolving accounting inconsistencies.
