**Responsibilities:** * Maintain continuous contact with customers, providing information and support regarding transportation services; * Control loading and unloading activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the processes; * Manage the team of drivers and assistants, organizing their tasks and ensuring compliance with work schedules; * Perform truck check\-lists, inspecting vehicle conditions prior to transportation operations; * Monitor delivery progress, tracking deadlines and resolving any issues that may arise during transportation; * Plan and optimize delivery routing to achieve efficiency and reduce costs; * Issue necessary documents for transportation operations, such as invoices, waybills, and other related documents; * Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure alignment and effectiveness of operational processes.
