




Job Summary: Conduct daily fleet inspections, record defects and damages, manage spreadsheets, and handle vehicle documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inspect and report fleet defects daily. 2. Manage vehicle damage documentation and records. 3. Control spreadsheets and collect validator cards. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform daily fleet inspections according to items listed in the Check List, reporting any defects found; Post notices and general documents on equipment; Prepare incident reports for damages and document images of damages via photographs for subsequent analysis; Maintain general spreadsheet controls; Replace tachograph discs and substitute memory cards in vehicles equipped with cameras; Verify that buses are parked in their designated slots as marked.
