Job Summary: Your daily responsibilities include periodic store visits, team guidance, sales monitoring, timekeeping and certificate management, alignment meetings and feedback sessions, and planning motivational campaigns. Results-oriented focus and motivational campaigns **Your typical day will include:** Conducting periodic visits to each Store 014 to monitor operations and provide local reception support; You will cover the cities of Marília, Garça, Guaimbê, and Pompeia. Guiding the team toward autonomy in submitting facility and local repair requests to ensure proper environmental operation; Monitoring sales performance and forecasts to steer results toward the company's established targets via a structured action plan; Managing electronic timekeeping and certificates for store staff; Holding bi-monthly alignment meetings for goal setting, recognition, and cascading results and targets; Providing feedback and supervision, supporting store employees with process-related questions and ensuring our training team delivers recurring skill enhancements; Defining and ensuring execution of motivational campaigns, as well as securing your team’s operational engagement. **To succeed in this role, you must have:** - Completed high school; Customer service experience, leadership/team management skills, and sales strategy knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially intermediate Excel. Strong oral and written communication skills. Analytical ability to interpret performance data. Willingness to travel.
