Job Summary: Professional responsible for providing light towing and water tanker truck services, supporting highway operations, traffic signage, enforcement, and user assistance and incident response. Teamwork and focus on operational efficiency Responsible for providing Light Tow Truck services to assist users with broken-down vehicles and highway-related issues; supporting routine highway operations, emergency and construction-related road signage, right-of-way enforcement, or providing Water Tanker Truck services for lane cleaning and other tasks requiring this equipment’s support, firefighting within the right-of-way and on vehicles, ensuring user safety and infrastructure preservation, as well as removing objects, domestic or wild animals. Act in accordance with organizational values. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1 *Daily Inspection Routines* * Inspect highway sections according to procedures to identify any irregularities on the roadway, right-of-way, or adjacent areas, reporting them to the Control Center for appropriate action. * Remove damaged or accident-involved vehicles from the roadway or right-of-way to safe locations, impoundment yards, service stations, or police stations. * Operate the Water Tanker Truck for firefighting, lane and right-of-way cleaning, aiming for optimal operational performance and safety during response. * Capture and remove domestic or wild animals—alive or deceased—from traffic lanes, central medians, and roadside shoulders, to preserve road safety. For small deceased animals, perform burial at authorized locations per procedure. * Document any highway irregularity with photos and reports, always informing the Control Center about the event. * Low incident rate * Low ARTESP complaint rate 2 *User Assistance* * Report all irregularities or issues concerning highway infrastructure—including lanes, shoulders, viaducts, footbridges, bridges, cameras, emergency call boxes, weather stations, traffic counters, lighting poles, signs, operational bases, etc.—to the Control Center. * Verify highway construction and service activities regarding signage compliance and service authorization. * Assist users requiring help on the highway per operational procedures outlined in manuals, always prioritizing personal and user safety. * Respond to accident incidents to ensure proper signage, lane clearance, data and information collection, and report completion. * Always assist users in a courteous and helpful manner. * Prepare liability waivers whenever users refuse any service. * User satisfaction index * Low 0800 complaint rate 3 *Safety* * Ensure removal of any object from the roadway to allow safe vehicle traffic. * Notify the Control Center when conservation teams’ support is required—for animals, pavement issues, drainage problems, damaged fences or signs, or cargo spills. * Coordinate with other traffic teams to carry out services swiftly and safely, supporting fellow operators on the roadway. * Completion of routine inspection duties 4 *Preventive Maintenance* * Ensure proper use of the vehicle and its equipment, preserving equipment integrity. * Report any equipment or vehicle abnormalities, including responsibility for completing the daily checklist. * Notify the Control Center of damage incidents involving company or third-party equipment. * Responsibility for vehicle fleet 5 *Teamwork* * Respond to requests from CCO operators for on-road assistance and procedures. * Comply with police requests during highway incidents; do not disregard or disobey direct orders. * Keep the CCO informed about the progress of all incidents. * Response and fulfillment of requests * Shortest possible response time **Requirements and Qualifications** **EDUCATION** * High school diploma preferred **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum two years of valid driver’s license required * Valid CNH Category C or higher mandatory * Valid toxicological examination mandatory **SPECIFIC AND ORGANIZATIONAL KNOWLEDGE** * Knowledge of Traffic Legislation mandatory **SKILLS** * Results-oriented * Owner’s mindset * Teamwork * Safety and Operational Efficiency * Ethical conduct **Additional Information** * Flexible working hours; * Work region: Echaporã/SP; * Shift schedule: 12x36.
