All our products are priced at a single rate of R$10.00 — beauty with purpose, without complications. And much more is coming! **Your Responsibilities** * Lead, guide, and train the store team * Delegate tasks and monitor performance * Conduct daily meetings and provide ongoing feedback * Resolve internal conflicts and customer issues * Manage vacation and day-off schedules * Analyze team productivity **What We’re Looking For** ✅ Completed high school ✅ Prior experience leading sales teams ✅ Strong communication skills, autonomy, and proactivity ✅ Availability to work under a **6x1 schedule** (including Sundays and holidays on rotation) ✅ Willingness to wear makeup daily ✅ Working hours: **2:00 PM to 10:20 PM** (shopping mall) **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in makeup or cosmetics sales **Salary and Benefits** **R$ 2\.500.00/month \+ Commission based on targets** VR/VA: R$ 500.00 Dental Insurance Transportation Allowance **Employment Type:** Full-time CLT If you love beauty, want to grow, and have leadership potential, this role is for you! ✨ Employment Type: Full-time, Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.500.00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Are you available to work the 6x1 schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM?
