The **Shipping Assistant** is responsible for **organizing, picking, and preparing products for shipment**, ensuring that all goods are verified and dispatched correctly, within deadlines and the company’s quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Pick, verify, and pack products according to orders and invoices; * Organize materials in the shipping area, maintaining a clean and safe environment; * Assist in loading and unloading trucks; * Identify and label packages for transportation; * Support inventory control and goods verification; * Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the responsible department; * Comply with **occupational safety regulations** and the company’s internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations (preferred); * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment; * Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
