




Job Summary: A professional responsible for the full management of Inbound and Outbound logistics, warehouse operations, and internal logistics, with a focus on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and team development. Coordination of continuous improvement and cost reduction projects **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience leading logistics teams, specifically in *Inbound and Outbound*; * Experience in inventory management, preferably with WMS or similar systems; * Solid understanding of supply chain, inventory, distribution, and management principles; * Advanced Office suite (Excel) and basic Power BI; * Intermediate English; * Experience managing and delivering projects with operational impact. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**• MBA or postgraduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; * Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP or similar systems; * Intermediate or advanced *Power BI*; * *Green Belt (Six Sigma)* certification; * Knowledge of *Lean* tools and Theory of Constraints (TOC); * Experience managing organizational change; * Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards; * Advanced English and intermediate Spanish. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for managing *Inbound and Outbound* logistics, material warehousing, and internal logistics of the unit, ensuring service to internal customers; * Responsible for the inventory process and inventory management; * Ensure achievement of inventory accuracy targets; * Guarantee that all processes are executed with safety and company values as foundational principles; * Coordinate execution of projects and initiatives defined during the annual Strategic Planning process and others, managing performance against established KPIs, focusing on improving operational efficiency and reducing costs; * Coordinate and develop the logistics team; * Develop and manage budgets; * Contribute to defining new processes and technologies, consistently pursuing continuous improvement; * Implement improvements aimed at advancing departmental processes, such as inventory, stock levels, resources, 5S, organizational climate, among others; * Develop new strategies to accelerate processes and reduce costs; * Plan, negotiate, and execute identified training needs; * Encourage team participation in engagement programs (Minicompany, Suggestion Program, Kaizen, etc.); * Ensure timely completion of general and sector-specific safety action deadlines. **This position is also open to candidates with disabilities (PcD).**
