Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * **Desirable Requirements** Experience with other Linux operating systems, such as Fedora or CentOS. Knowledge of networks and network protocols. Experience automating tasks using scripts (Bash, PowerShell). Familiarity with virtualization solutions (VMware, Hyper\-V). Knowledge of database management (SQL, MySQL). Advanced hardware and software troubleshooting skills. Experience with ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow). Communication and user training capabilities.
