Multichannel customer service and order management Responsibilities: \- Provide customer service on marketplace platforms, social media, and e\-commerce; \- Order picking and inventory control; \- Customer service; \- Assist in updating the e\-commerce platform; \- Product registration, banner updates, categorization, and other related tasks (activities not requiring programming); \- Prospecting and after-sales support; \- Assist in tracking sales orders, billing, and related support tickets; \- \- Assist the marketing team with daily administrative tasks. Requirements: \- \- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; \- \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; \- \- Strong written and verbal communication skills; \- Proactivity and willingness to learn.
