If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy working in customer service and operational support, this opportunity is for you. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); * Prior experience in administrative roles is desirable; * Prior experience in road freight transportation is desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Control of physical and digital documents; * Monitoring of reverse logistics; * Recording and monitoring of goods sorting; * Issuance and digitization of Freight Transport Bills (CTE) and their counterfoils; * Handling incidents with drivers; * Scheduling and controlling delivery appointments; * Customer and supplier communication via phone and email; * Other duties related to the position. **Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Professional ethics and responsibility; * Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks; * Results-oriented mindset and adherence to deadlines; * Focus on internal and external customers; * Flexibility to support various departments within the company.
