We value teamwork, flexibility, continuous development, and relentless thinking in pursuit of solutions for our greatest asset—our customers. **Your Daily Responsibilities:** * Propose and implement solutions related to standardization and improvement of production processes regarding safety, quality, and productivity, utilizing Lean tools and culture; * Present process improvement projects in production areas and Kaizen weeks; * Develop and update standards, procedures, and standardized work instructions across all production process operations; * Maintain process sheets and operation routings according to a predefined routine; * Serve as guardian of standardized processes on the shop floor through standardized work audits; * Participate in defining production processes during product development—from budgeting to product validation—and assume responsibility for the process post-launch; * Conduct training focused on production processes; * Plan execution of projects under Process Engineering responsibility with respect to timelines, costs, and delivery quality; * Execute and monitor root cause analysis to resolve process-related issues at their root cause; * Conduct time and motion studies consistently focused on achieving optimal results in safety, quality, and productivity using Lean tools and culture; * Implement workstation and fixture standards to ensure standardized, ergonomic, safe processes that support 5S culture in production areas; * Map activity flows and identify failures and potential improvements; * Lead the MFV team; * Monitor and analyze KPIs under your responsibility; * Support Kaizen implementation; * Perform chronometric analysis of production processes and define takt time to establish labor balancing; * Review and update SGI documentation related to production processes; * Support production process areas in problem resolution; * Conduct weekly inventory reviews with critical analysis of reports, identifying root causes and defining and tracking action plans to improve accuracy. * Monitor results and prepare reports for company management; * Activate the support chain; * Practice 5S; * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations; * Conduct Kaizen. **What We’re Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or related fields (in progress or completed); * Proficiency in Excel; * Flexible availability; * Knowledge of Lean methodology and tools is a plus; * Experience in Process Engineering is a plus.
