Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support customer service, protocol management and the collections process; * Open service requests and material requisitions; * Open Work Orders; * Relay information to customers and record it in the existing customer service systems at the Solutions Center; * Support administrative activities by handling information regarding negotiations and administrative services in the department’s systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing High School education; * Full-time availability. **Additional Information** Did you know that **we are one of the largest groups in the Brazilian electric power sector?** With 120 years of history, we are an **ecosystem** of products and services aimed at leading the energy transition, connecting people and businesses to the best energy solution and building a more sustainable world.
