Research and research support for new products and components **Research and Development Engineer** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; * Knowledge of fluid mechanics; * Knowledge of fluid dynamics and turbomachinery; * Practical ability to conceptualize and develop functional prototypes; * Ability to carry out and ideate original and complex mechanical product designs. * Willingness to travel. **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience in agricultural product design; * Prior experience with hydraulic pumps; * Proficiency in CAD; * Master’s degree in Engineering; * Advanced English proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Solve engineering technical problems; * Conceive innovative concepts for portable agricultural machinery, accessories, and/or components; * Design and prototype such concepts, components, and mechanisms for various agricultural activities (spraying, harvesting, planting, etc.); * Monitor prototype implementation and internal/external testing; * Oversee concept development, manufacturing, testing, and approval of the resulting product per project specifications, ensuring compliance with requirements; * Conduct research and provide research support for new products and components. **This position is also open to candidates with disabilities (PcDs).**
