Perform general cleaning, cutting and pruning of trees, fence maintenance, maintenance of surface and deep drainage elements occasionally, metal guardrails, rigid barriers, and other items related to routine conservation activities, traffic signage, and construction site operations. May occasionally perform green maintenance activities such as manual mowing, waste collection, complying with all company-established standards. Assist in performing general building maintenance and conservation services at facilities such as toll plazas, SAU bases, headquarters, PMRV PGF, electrical and hydraulic systems, complying with all company-established standards. Occasionally may also perform green maintenance tasks such as mowing, cleaning of surface and deep drainage systems, pest control, tree and shrub trimming and pruning, as well as drainage and fencing services.
