Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC Lathe Programmer with strategic machining vision to optimize cycle times, define optimal cutting strategies, and ensure maximum technical efficiency of equipment. Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or related fields CNC Lathe Programmer We seek a professional with strategic machining vision, capable of optimizing cycle times, defining optimal cutting strategies, and ensuring maximum technical efficiency of our equipment. Main Responsibilities: Program Development: Create programs in G-code (ISO) and/or conversational mode directly on the control unit or via software. Process Definition: Select appropriate tools, cutting parameters (RPM, feed rate, depth of cut), and sequence of operations. Setup and Trial-run: Supervise first-piece production, perform fine adjustments, and validate the process prior to mass production. Optimization: Review existing programs to reduce machine time and tool wear. Advanced Drawing Interpretation: Interpret complex technical drawings with hundredth-millimeter tolerances (e.g., H7, g6, etc.). Technical Requirements Solid experience as a CNC Lathe Programmer. Proficiency in CNC controls: (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, MCS). In-depth knowledge of Advanced Metrology (micrometer, dial indicator, surface roughness tester). Proficiency in Technical Calculations (trigonometry and cutting parameters). Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or related fields (SENAI certification is an advantage). Preferred Qualifications Experience with CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Edgecam, Fusion 360, SolidCam). Knowledge of programming multi-function lathes or lathes with driven tools. Experience machining special materials (stainless steel, titanium, nickel alloys). What We Offer? Attendance bonuses and awards.
