Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area, protecting floors, furniture, and equipment before painting. Safely operate painting equipment (roller, brush, spray gun, compressor). Respond to corrective service requests and perform preventive maintenance related to building painting. Support the maintenance team in related civil works activities (minor masonry, plaster, and gypsum repairs, etc.).
