Then join our team! \-We are seeking a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR to work comprehensively, responsible for managing preventive and corrective maintenance, driver integration, parts and service order control, as well as administrative tasks and support in accident cases. You will maintain constant contact with workshops and suppliers, analyzing failures and conducting operational tests. Your role is essential to ensure agility, efficiency, and logistics excellence, reinforcing our commitment to consistent results and operational accountability. Responsibilities: \-Provide continuous support to the administrative team, organizing alignment meetings whenever appropriate and working collaboratively with the logistics department—especially regarding vehicle scheduling and availability. \-Integrate new drivers into the maintenance area, ensuring all procedures are properly presented and understood, and provide driver assistance whenever necessary, including outside regular business hours. \-Process reimbursement requests and payments related to roadside assistance services, while directly collaborating with external roadside assistance providers to ensure process agility and compliance. \-Manage general fleet maintenance and facility preservation demands, also assuming responsibility for fuel and AdBlue procurement according to the base’s operational requirements. \-Monitor overdue or soon-to-expire preventive maintenance tasks, organizing internal and external service planning and arranging vehicle dispatch to specialized workshops. \-Support parts and service order management—including opening, approval, return, and closure processes—as well as tire control through mapping, rotation, inventory, stock management, and operational movements. \-Complete and manage various operational checklists—for vacation departure, resignation, vehicle delivery and receipt, surprise inspections, and routine inspections—and oversee and execute maintenance activities within the company’s proprietary system. \-Visit workshops to analyze technical failures, focusing on identifying more efficient and cost-effective solutions.
