The Counter Salesperson will be responsible for delivering friendly, prompt, and efficient customer service, providing support from product selection through purchase completion. Key responsibilities include: * Serving customers at the counter, providing information on products, prices, features, and differences among items; * Restocking and organizing merchandise at the counter and display areas; * Weighing, packaging, and labeling products, adhering to hygiene and food safety standards; * Operating sector-specific equipment when necessary (scales, slicers, sealers, etc.); * Keeping the work environment clean, organized, and compliant with company standards; * Supporting inventory expiry control, quality assurance, and product presentation; * Performing cash register opening or closing procedures, where applicable; * Contributing to smooth service flow by communicating restocking needs or internal adjustments to the team; * Ensuring positive customer experience and safeguarding the store's image.
