




JOB OPENING IN PORTO FELIZ – AFFIRMATIVE REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Answering phone calls, organizing and filing documents, preparing reports and spreadsheets, performing administrative tasks according to internal guidelines, registering and distributing correspondence, monitoring operational data and overtime hours, supporting occupational safety initiatives—such as PPE distribution—and carrying out other administrative tasks as directed by supervision, always adhering to quality, environmental, health, and safety policies and regulations. Availability to work the second shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM; Friday, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
