




The professional will be responsible for performing bi-monthly preventive maintenance activities and corrective maintenance as required, upon customer request and approval. In addition, general installations: motor pumps, fire hydrants, alarms, fire doors, and sprinklers. The focus is to ensure that all fire-fighting equipment complies with technical standards and is ready for immediate operation if necessary. Equipment Maintenance: Maintenance of motor pumps, fire hydrants, sprinklers, detection and alarm systems, etc. Periodic Inspections: Conduct inspections of fire extinguishers, hoses, emergency lighting, photoluminescent signage, and floor markings. Installations: Assembly of grooved piping and/or assistance in welding services; installation of infrastructure using conduits for alarm and emergency lighting cables. System Testing: Participate in pressure, tightness, and flow tests of pumps, as well as functional tests of the alarm control panel. Technical Reports: Collect data and photos for each building during both preventive and any corrective maintenance activities, and complete the standard report provided by SEGCBINC along with the work order.
