We are seeking a committed and experienced Workshop Manager to work in the Mogi Guaçu – SP region. If you possess expertise in technical team management, process organization, and a results-oriented mindset, this opportunity is for you! Responsibilities: Manage daily workshop operations, assign tasks, and monitor technical team performance. Ensure service quality, adhering to deadlines and manufacturer standards. Conduct technical diagnostics and support the team in resolving complex issues. Control vehicle, parts, and service order workflows. Promote technical and behavioral development of the team. Maintain workplace organization and safety. Requirements: Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or in a similar role at an authorized dealership or automotive center. Solid knowledge of automotive mechanics and electronics. Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Technical education in Mechanics or related fields is desirable. A completed or ongoing undergraduate degree will be considered an advantage.
