Job Summary: Professional responsible for programming and controlling preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment availability and support technical decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Development of new suppliers and management of maintenance inventory **Area Mission:** Ensure the preservation, safety, and functionality of the company's infrastructure by performing preventive and corrective maintenance promptly and efficiently, thereby guaranteeing an appropriate work environment and contributing to operational continuity. **Job Mission:** Program and control preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and molds, keeping maintenance plans updated and monitoring results to ensure equipment availability and support technical decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Control preventive maintenance according to production schedule; * Monitor corrective service orders and maintenance action plans; * Update plans, procedures, and technical forms; * Evaluate inventory items against maintenance requirements; * Generate purchase requests for parts and services; * Develop new maintenance suppliers; * Feed systems such as Power BI and Destra with indicators; * Monitor results and propose improvements; * Practice 5S; * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations; * Conduct Kaizens. **Hard Skills:** * Completed or ongoing technical or undergraduate education; * Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance Programming (PCM); * Experience with service orders and preventive plan control; * Proficiency in maintenance systems and indicators.
