




The **laboratory coordinator** plays an **essential** role in the hospital laboratory, ensuring that tests are performed with **quality, safety, and reliability**, directly supporting patient diagnosis and treatment. **Base Salary**: R$ 4.112.12 **Total Compensation**: R$ 5.831.73 **Work Schedule**: 44 hours per week **Work Mode**: On-site **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate laboratory activities by implementing protocols and continuously monitoring processes to ensure test accuracy and workflow efficiency; * Coordinate, train, and guide laboratory technicians and biomedical professionals through ongoing training programs and performance monitoring, ensuring compliance with regulations and excellence in laboratory services; * Implement and monitor quality control processes using standardized protocols and regular audits, ensuring test accuracy and compliance with current regulatory standards and accreditations; * Manage the supply and storage of materials and reagents through inventory management systems and periodic stocktaking, ensuring the laboratory is consistently stocked to perform tests without interruption; * Monitor key performance indicators—such as turnaround time, sample volume, and error rates—using data analysis tools, leveraging these insights to optimize processes and improve laboratory efficiency; * Ensure laboratory compliance with sanitary, regulatory, and biosafety standards through internal audits and continuous staff training, meeting requirements set by ANVISA and other health authorities; * Prepare managerial reports using performance, productivity, quality, and cost data, providing hospital administration with strategic insights for decision-making and continuous laboratory improvement; Perform other duties inherent to the position. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Biomedicine; * Postgraduate degree in Clinical Analysis; * Valid registration with the relevant professional council; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Prior experience in this role. **Additional Benefits** * Cafeteria; * Day Off; * SESC.
