Registration and tracking of requests **Job Description:** We are looking for a professional to handle customer service via telephone, WhatsApp, and email, providing support and clarifying questions related to the flexography sector. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, organizational ability, and basic knowledge of printing processes. **Responsibilities:** * Respond to customers promptly and courteously via telephone, WhatsApp, and email. * Provide detailed information about flexography products and services. * Register orders and track customer requests. * Resolve basic technical questions regarding materials, inks, clichés, and printing processes. * Forward more complex inquiries to the responsible department. * Update and maintain records in the company’s system. * Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in customer service (telephone, WhatsApp, and email). * Basic knowledge of flexography or willingness to learn. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple simultaneous customer interactions. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). **Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):** Experience in the graphic arts or flexographic industry. Familiarity with order management and customer support systems. Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel.
